Google Nexus 5 image leaked?

An image, supposedly showing an LG Nexus 5, and and accompanying list of specifications has apparently leaked onto the internet.
Less than a week after Samsung's all-singing, all-dancing Galaxy S4 launch, we've got a fresh smartphone rumour to chew over.

Samsung might be the flag-carrier for Android, but the closest you get to an official Google phone isLG's Nexus 4. A render supposedly showing the Korean company's next offering - the Nexus 5 - has now appeared online.
The picture was supplied by an anonymous source (surprise, surprise) from inside Google to Android and Me and hinted that the search giant was looking at several prototypes from different manufacturers for the upcoming Nexus 5.
The tipster said the phone would be due for release around October and was also good enough to supply some purported specs for the handset.
We'd recommend taking these specs with a pinch of salt - not to mention the shot of tequila and a slice of lime. The upcoming Nexus 5 could feature a 5.2-inch OLED display with a 1,920 x 1,080 pixel resolution. The processor is a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor backed up by a huge 3GB of RAM.
Building on the 16GB storage of the Nexus 4 is a 64GB hard drive and LG has apparently stuck a 16MP camera on the back capable of shooting 4K video.
The render looks good, but we're approaching this with a lot of healthy scepticism. The Twitter account @evleaks, which is usually fairly reliable, seemed to corroborate the render with a tweet.
As outlandish as the specs sound, there's a chance that they could arrive by October and, as far as the image goes, we'll leave it up to you. Fact or fiction? Let us know in the comments box below.
